For your challenge, you can choose to run, walk, hike, cycle or swim 50 miles; boosting your own wellbeing while helping others get the support they need. Getting started is really simple - you can set up your fundraising page on GiveMatch in just a few minutes, which gives you the chance to get each donation doubled if your sponsors share with others.

- Set your fundraising goal - you can adjust your goal at any time as your campaign progresses
- Create an Account
- Add a banner image – you can use our Move for your Mind banner image for this. You can download this here
Craft your fundraiser - this involves giving your page a name, a description etc. You can add more photos at this stage if you’d like to
- Preview your fundraising page
- Set your page live
And remember, thanks to match funding on GiveMatch, donations of up to £200 can be doubled, meaning every mile you move makes twice the impact!
