Mind Over Mountains CIC is a social enterprise to improve physical and mental well-being through outdoor experiences.

Our mission is to provide special safe spaces in mountain environments with a holistic approach of exercise, eco-therapy, coaching and inspiration to re-balance mental health; generate new focus, restore resilience and find agency over our lives.

We deliver residential weekends in the UK mountains with guided hill-walking, NLP coaching, self-help skills, mindfulness, teamwork and inspirational talks in a fun environment with like-minded people.

We're not saying fresh air is a cure. But we passionately believe that being active and outdoors is a vital but overlooked component to improve and prevent mental health conditions.

According to the mental health charity Mind, spending time in the great outdoors is a powerful natural anti-depressant, and regular exercise can reduce the risk of depression by 30%.
