Abiola Aderibigbe

Abiola is an enthusiastic solicitor (admitted in the UK and EU/Ireland), with varied legal experience & expertise across many sectors, including aviation, built environment/construction, commercial, corporate & charity/non-profit.

Having been a professional & legal practitioner for over 10 years, he has been privileged to work at global/international organisations, charities/non-profit, law firms & academic institutions operating in different regions of the world. This experience has enabled him to develop a sound understanding of the importance of working with a diverse group of people, team work, team satisfaction/engagement, team training/development, building & managing relationships, & team accomplishments. 

Currently he works as the Group Head of Legal & Commercial for the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA Group), a non-profit organisation known as the main UK trade association for building engineering services & specialist engineers.  Abiola also serves as General Counsel/Head of Legal & Compliance for the International Organisation for Peace Building and Social Justice UK (PSJ UK). 

Besides legal practice, Abiola also enjoys active engagement in academia working as a lecturer, a visiting Lecturer, module tutor/leader and academic reviewer/support in various universities across the globe. 

Finally, Abiola has many interests including a passion for charity work, music (serving as the music director for the choir at his church), & naturally restoring mental health. Abiola loves everything Mind Over Mountains represents & is honoured and privileged to serve on its board.
