Susanne Remic

Susanne is a former primary school teacher and mum of four, and has campaigned for maternal mental health awareness for many years -  speaking at the House of Commons and other events to highlight the need for robust maternal mental health care.

Since leaving teaching, Susanne’s background has been in copywriting and marketing, working with many small brands and businesses to help them communicate their story effectively.

Susanne developed a love for walking outdoors after the birth of her first child, when she found being out with the pram vital her own mental health. Since then, and all through lockdown, she walks every day (sometimes with, sometimes without the kids!). Following the loss of a family member who struggled with mental health, Susanne is passionate about helping others realise the potential of nature therapy and movement.

She also loves yoga, and manages to find time to get away for the odd retreat in the Lakes when she can!
