Nicola Copelin

Nicola joined Mind Over Mountains in 2024 as a CRM Specialist. She helped us integrate all our data into a new CRM system and continues to support us with event management, data enriching and training and support.Having previously benefited from professional therapy, Nicola always planned to give back by volunteering for a mental health charity. The Mind over Mountains opportunity came along at the perfect time, as after Nicola’s full time role was made redundant, she chose to volunteer her free time by assisting us. This also helped Nicola’s mental health and wellbeing during this turbulent time.Volunteering for Mind Over Mountains has given Nicola that chance to feel a genuine sense of helping others. She believes no one can help everyone, but everyone can, and should, help someone.Nicola has a passion for helping others and is honoured and humbled to volunteer her time in the position as CRM specialist.
