Heather Paluch

Heather is ex-military and currently works as a defence consultant. She is also a freelance editor and proofreader and is supporting the team with some of the online content for Mind Over Mountains. She's a big fan out of the outdoors and her mantra is 'Think outside… no box required'. She lives about 30 minutes away from the Lake District and enjoys walking, running and exploring at every opportunity. She lives with her husband, Paul, their daughter, Freya, and their two dogs, Marley, (pictured) and Rosa (a working cocker spaniel).
