Saima is a consultant clinical psychologist in the Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. She is volunteering with us at Mind Over Mountains to help embed nature-based interventions in mental healthcare, from evidence to practice.

is a visiting lecturer at the University of Nottingham and the University of
Leicester. She is a member of Corrymeela, in Northern Ireland, working on peace
and conflict resolution. She has participated in several international

about compassionate frameworks for antiracism, extremism, and everyday chaos.
Saima runs a free storytelling event in Nottingham, inviting members from the
community to share true stories from their lives, as a way of harnessing everyday
expertise.
