Celia is passionate about promoting mental well-being through nature and adventure, and brings a wealth of experience and insight to the Mind Over Mountains team as a trustee.

As the Deputy Director for Safeguarding Adults at North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB), and with a strong background in midwifery and mental health Celia has extensive expertise in safeguarding, advocacy, and supporting vulnerable individuals. 

This professional background enhances her role as a trustee, contributing to the charity’s mission of fostering resilience, personal growth, and mental well-being. Combining a deep commitment to public service with the transformative power of outdoor experiences, Celia helps to ensure the charity delivers impactful and inclusive support for those in need.
