Asif has spent over 30 years in the tech sector, while always maintaining a deep connection with the outdoors - a bond rooted in his upbringing in South Wales. Beyond the corporate world, he finds joy in hiking mountain trails, coaching at a local martial arts club, and exploring new places in his campervan. As a certified NLP coach, Asif is passionate about personal development.

His recent experiences leading groups - friends and strangers alike - up Pen y Fan* have reinforced his belief in nature’s remarkable ability to support mental wellbeing.

*Asif also fundraised for Mind Over Mountains by ascending Pen Y Fan mountain in South Wales 52 times in a year - a summit for every week, regardless of the weather - demonstrating his true commitment to our charity.
