CONNECT – bring like-minded friends together for a mini film-festival, cake sale or dog walk
GET ACTIVE – take on a physical challenge, such as a 10km run, a mountain hike, or climbing 50 mountains this year. Or sign up to one of our Step Out challenge events here!
TAKE NOTICE – set yourself a 30-day mindfulness challenge or 500 minutes of mindfulness in a month
LEARN - try something new outside of your comfort zone - whether it's a skydive or learning how to bake!
GIVE – if you don’t have time to get involved, we are grateful for every donation towards our target!
